Charity has been unable to make Noah see stalking Chloe was wrong (Picture: ITV)
Charity Dingle’s (Emma Atkins) stress levels go through the roof in tonight’s episode of Emmerdale as Noah’s (Jack Downham) court hearing nears ever closer.
Noah is facing time behind bars after Charity had him arrested for stalking Chloe (Jessie Elland).
For a while now, Noah has unleashed his anger on his mum over reporting him to the police, and even wished Charity would drop dead.
Away from Charity, Noah was recently told he will more than likely go to prison for breaking and entering and harassment, which made for an interesting reaction from the teen as he thinks his obsessive, horrible behaviour was just a way to show Chloe how much he loved her.
Tonight, as Noah’s solicitor informs him of his defence plea for tomorrow’s hearing, he simmers with resentment but manages to keep his anger at bay.
Later on, arrogant Noah reveals to a furious Charity that he doesn’t want to plead guilty.
But can Charity change his mind?
If Noah tells the court he’s innocent when it’s very clear he’s guilty – will this impact how long he gets in prison?
