Henderson, 25, wants to leave on-loan this summer after falling out-of-favour at Old Trafford.
Newcastle are thought to be interested in signing the Englishman as their new No.1 goalkeeper for next season.

According to The Sun, the Magpies believe adding Darlow to their loan bid will help clinch a deal with United who are short of goalkeepers.
At 31-years-old and having played over 200 games, Darlow would provide experienced cover for David de Gea.
If Henderson leaves, the Red Devils will have just Tom Heaton as back-up, with Lee Grant having announced his retirement.

Henderson made only three appearances for United this season and is frustrated with a lack of game time.
The Englishman performed well at Sheffield United during a two-year loan spell, winning the Championship’s Golden Glove award in 2019.
However, upon returning to United, Henderson has failed to usurp De Gea’s as the side’s No.1 goalkeeper.
It is thought Henderson still holds ambitions of being the top man between the sticks at Old Trafford so does not want a permanent move away.
Earlier this year, it was reported that the Manchester giants were eyeing West Brom’s Sam Johnstone on a free transfer.

But it appears the 29-year-old is not keen on a return to United with Crystal Palace believed to be close to his signing.
Meanwhile, Grant, 39, will become a first-team coach at Ipswich Town after calling time on a career which saw him play for six different clubs and make over 500 appearances.
He said: ‘I feel well placed, because of my background, to help those on the other side of the coin in terms of putting the ball in the back of the net.’
